I drive 1,000+ miles per week which leads to heavy knots in my neck and upper back area, which results in headaches and other problems much too often. Although I don't typically enjoy massages, Sarah exuded such a calm and soothing environment that I couldn't but help melt as I walked in the door. As always, the 60 minutes went too fast but I could immediately feel the improvement and my body was screaming, "Thank you!!!". The next day I felt like a new person in a new body-no aches, no stiffness, no headaches, etc. I will definitely be visiting Sarah on a regular basis to keep my body in a healthy state of being.
